The Notch Six Pack is a lowering device designed for controlled tree rigging with heavy loads. Six friction bollards support two rigging ropes and provide more than 10 friction configurations for precise lowering control. Carbon steel construction with a Super Friction Coating helps reduce rope wear, while exit fairleads allow locking under load. The system has a 1000 kg working load limit, works with 12 to 16 mm rope, and includes a ratchet strap set, instruction manual, and transport case.

Product description

Revolutionize your tree rigging with the Notch Six Pack Lowering Device — a cutting-edge solution for controlled, efficient lowering of heavy tree sections. Featuring dual rope capability and over ten adjustable friction settings, the Six Pack gives arborists complete control in even the most demanding rigging scenarios.

Developed in collaboration with expert arborist Terry Banyard, the Notch Six Pack Lowering Device is engineered for high-performance tree rigging. Designed to optimize friction management at the base of the tree, it allows ground crews to control loads efficiently while climbers rig sections for lowering from above.

This innovative rigging solution features six friction bollards, enabling the simultaneous use of two rigging ropes and offering over ten unique friction settings. The Six Pack delivers precise friction control for safe and smooth operation even with the toughest rigging jobs.

Made with Carbon Steel and a proprietary Super Friction Coating, the bollards reduce rope wear and ensure consistent, tangle-free performance. The exit fairleads allow for locking under load, enhancing safety during complex rigging scenarios.

Setup is quick and secure with the included ratchet strap system, allowing the Six Pack to be anchored firmly at the base of the tree.

Watch the video to see the Six Pack in action and learn how to set up various rigging configurations for real-world applications.
