Shipping & delivery

In-stock items usually ship the same or next business day. Rush requests must arrive before noon Eastern. Shipping estimates may change; restrictions and free-freight exclusions apply.

International orders

Prepaid wire transfer is required. Customers pay customs, duties, and brokerage fees; final shipping costs are confirmed before dispatch. For orders outside of Canada, please call into office to place order.

Returns & exchanges

Unused, resalable goods require authorization and original documentation. Exclusions include custom, cut-length, closeout, and non-stock items. Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days after receiving your order.

Warranty

RNR-manufactured products have a limited one-year materials-and-workmanship warranty. Other manufacturers’ terms apply to their products.

This site uses WordPress and WooCommerce accounts. Account details, addresses, carts, inquiries, and orders may be stored in the site database. Clearing browser storage does not delete account or order records. Contact and application forms submit inquiries to the site team for review.
