The new Poseidon Series prusik minding pulley features an aluminum sheave, aluminum side plates and a ball bearing axle. Bearings decrease the amount of surface area in contact with the axle, which creates a more efficient transfer. Made in USA.

These pulleys are very nice. I bought 2 of the 2 inch PMPs and they are very smooth and made rigging and tensioning a haul system go quick and easy. I also own some other more expensive brands and these have the same ratings and efficiency without the higher cost.
