A functional uniform belt. Made of 1 23/32" (45 mm) black webbing tested to 9,000 lbf. (40.03 kN). The black hardware is manufactured to military specifications. Standard fits up to 42" (106 cm), large fits up to 57" (145 cm). Features a sewn in V ring near the buckle. For an emergency escape, simply flip open the V ring, clip in a carabiner and a rappel device and then make your descent. WARNING: this item is sold as a belt. PETZL, Falcon Lightweight Rescue Harness
The new Falcon harness has been designed with a particularly comfortable waistbelt and leg loops in order to facilitate mobility when walking, horizontal movements under suspension, etc. The ventral attachment point distributes the weight more evenly between the waistbelt and leg loops during suspended work. A rear attachment point allows the Top chest harness or the Top Croll chest harness to be added to convent the Falcon into a full body harness. Double back buckles on the waist belt and the leg loops provide added security. The Falcon comes with four equipments loops, two large rigid ones in front for easy access to gear and two flexible ones in the rear that will not interfere with wearing a backpack. Designed in conjunction with LAPD SWAT, this new harness utilizes a fully padded structural duty belt which is designed to replace the existing padded duty belt worn by SWAT Officers. Super stiff scuba webbing is sewn to the outside of the belt to facilitate hanging of leg holsters, ammo pouches and gas mask bags. Stiff scuba webbing belt attached to inside structural webbing by velcoe for easy adjustment and positioning of holsters and pouches. Waist belt adjuster buckle is located on the left side so that it will not interfere with positioning of the right side weapon (harness is available in a model for left handed users). Leg loop portion of harness can be quickly attached to the belt with a standard locking carabiner (not included). This modular harness and tactical vest combination was originally developed by Survival Inc. as the Joint Services Aircrew Vest and Extraction System™ (JSAVES) for US Air Force helicopter pilots and crew. Some additional features and add on modules were added for civilian Special Ops needs. Comes with front attachment points which when connected with a locking carabiner can be used for extraction or rappel applications. A rear dorsal D ring is provided for helicopter spotter or gunner lanyard attachment. Easily donned by use of quick connect double release action buckles on waist, sternum and leg loops.
