Rope of choice by top rescue training consultants because it performs. It's not just static rope, it's SuperStatic from Sterling. Long lasting, great handling, high tensile, NFPA approved Nylon static rope. At the core of all Sterling ropes is DryCore. This special moisture resistance core, over 70% of the rope, is inherently dry. A wet rope is a compromised rope. Wet ropes lose strength and stretch more. Only Sterling has the unique 48-carrier sheath construction. This makes for better handling and a longer lasting rope. It also makes for smoother rappels with no vibration.
