Originally designed for canyoning, the Pirana is a descender for single or double ropes from 9 mm to 13 mm in diameter. It offers three different levels of friction to choose from according to the weight of the user, the rope diameter and the slope of the terrain. It also offers 2 points where the rope can be angled to adjust the descent speed. The Pirana also can be used to belay the leader. Weight 3.2 oz. (90 g). Made in France.
